About This Program

First Session is a youth volleyball program for co-ed in grades 5-12. Sessions run at Volleybox Sports Centre, our private 6-court volleyball facility in Surrey, BC, on the Cloverdale and Langley border near Clayton.

What you will learn

Athletes work on the core skills of volleyball: passing, setting, serving, attacking, defence, and basic game strategy, with progressive drills appropriate to their skill level.

Sessions run from August 24 through September 7, 2026, with multiple options listed below. Pricing starts at $15 per session, with all coaching, equipment, and game play included.

Why Volleybox

All Volleybox programs are designed, coached, and run in-house by our staff. We do not rent gyms or contract out our coaching. Families in Surrey, Langley, Cloverdale, Clayton, White Rock, and the broader Lower Mainland train at one facility with a clear progression pathway from White through Black level.

How much does First Session cost?

First Session is $15 per session or week. Pricing is shown on each session below; some sessions may be prorated based on remaining dates.

What should my athlete bring?

A water bottle, indoor court shoes with non-marking soles, knee pads (optional but recommended), and a packed snack or lunch for longer sessions. We provide all volleyballs and equipment.
