Her coach places her and moves her up when she is ready, and moving up does not change the price.

Coaches place every athlete at their level. New players start at White. You never have to guess.

Levels run White, Yellow, Green, Blue, Red, then Black.

The terms, in plain words

  • Cancel anytime from your account page. Cancel on or before the 25th and you are not billed on the 1st.
  • Your monthly price is locked for as long as you stay.
  • The full calendar is published before you pay. A membership is the same price every month, with the closed weeks already counted in the year you are buying.
  • Members book another same-level class within 30 days from the account page. A block has fixed dates and no make-ups.
  • If we ever cancel a program, you get a full refund. No fee, always.

Questions Parents Ask

When am I charged?

Your card is charged today, at checkout. Joining before September 13 is always a full September month, and billing continues October 1. Once the season is running, joining partway through a month costs only the days left in it, and you are charged on the 1st of each month after that.

How do I cancel?

Anytime, from your account page. Cancel on or before the 25th and you are not billed on the 1st. The month you have paid for runs to its end. No fee. Cancel before the season starts and your first payment is refunded in full.

She is injured. Do I keep paying?

No. Send a doctor's note and the membership pauses for free, up to 3 months. Her spot and her price wait for her.

Can we pause for another reason?

Yes. Club season, exams, a trip. A pause is $19 a month, up to 4 months a year, and keeps her spot and her price.

What happens when she moves up a level?

She moves rooms. Your price does not move. Ever.
