What happens in the 80 minutes

Girls who already execute the fundamentals. Six classes, Sundays or Mondays, taking every skill to game speed.

Serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking and defence, every week, at her level.

Coaches place every athlete at their level and move them up when they are ready. You never have to guess.

Levels run White, Yellow, Green, Blue, Red, then Black.

Pick the time that suits your week. Both times are the same class at the same levels, so there is no wrong choice.

Her coach sets her group, and a level move is free. You approve any move before it happens.

Every class date is listed on the register block below, closures included.

The full calendar is published before you pay. A block is priced for its own dates, so a closed week is never billed. A membership is the same price every month, with the closed weeks already counted in the year you are buying.

Pick the day and time that works. Her level is set by her coach, not by you.

Both times train the same levels, so pick the one that suits your week. Your coach moves her up when she is ready, and a move costs you nothing.

Playing on a team

A class and a team do different jobs.

Minor League is a team season: a practice every week and a game every week.

Grades 5 to 8 play

Optional add-on: players on a Minor League team can add a weekly All-Skills class for $45 a month instead of the usual $95 a month, offered as a tick box at checkout when you register for Minor League, or anytime after from your account page. It is never added for you.

League practice is where she learns the game. A weekly class is where her skills grow.

Questions Parents Ask

Which grade do I use, the one she finished or the one she is starting?

The grade she starts this September.

How do I know she is ready for Advanced?

Her coach tells you. Coaches place every athlete at their level and move her up when she is ready. If she is registered in the wrong group, the coaches sort it out on day one, in either direction.

Should she do Advanced or Positional Bootcamp?

Same price, $195 for the block. Advanced trains every skill at Green and Blue. Positional Bootcamp trains one position at Blue and up. At Blue she can do either. When her coach moves her past Blue, Bootcamp is where she goes.

What if she misses a class?

Members book another same-level class within 30 days from the account page. A block has fixed dates and no make-ups.

Does her price change when she moves up?

No. She moves rooms. Your price does not move. Ever.

What does she need?

Indoor shoes, a water bottle, and clothes she can move in.

How do I cancel the membership?

Cancel anytime from your account page. Cancel on or before the 25th and you are not billed on the 1st.

What if she stops partway through the block?

A block has fixed dates, and once it starts there are no refunds. We can issue a pro-rated credit, with no fee, for the sessions she has left, and put it toward a future Volleybox program. Credits are good for 12 months. For a cancellation before the block starts, and for anything else, the refund policy has the full terms.
