Spring Break BootCamp
Embark on a transformative fitness journey with Fitbox's Spring Break BootCamp, a specialized five-day session led by Fitbox's Strength and Conditioning Coach, Jaime Rourke! Whether you're seeking to incorporate a workout into your camp routine or looking for a mid-club-season boost, this intensive training series is crafted to propel you toward peak performance. Modelled after the success of Flight School, our renowned six-week strength and conditioning initiative, this weeklong bootcamp runs for one hour each day, conveniently scheduled between our Spring Break Camps for those seeking an extra challenge.

Week 1: Monday, March 18th - Friday, March 22nd
Week 2: Monday, March 25th - Friday, March 29th
Available for beginner to experienced athletes in Grade 6 - 12, participants will be categorized based on their experience and physical abilities.
