Program Overview
The Volleybox Minor League volleyball program is dedicated to providing its female athletes with an opportunity to practice and compete in a team environment. The Minor League Summer Season will run from May through the end of July. All teams will train and compete at the Volleybox Sports Centre.

Athletes who wish to participate will need to try out first. Once tryouts are complete, athletes that have been selected will be emailed invitations.

Practice Schedule
Our teams train once a week for 2 hours, starting from the week of May 7th and continuing throughout the season. Our sessions are meticulously designed to emphasize team skills, from defensive strategies to offensive systems. While we prioritize team dynamics, those seeking individual skills enhancement can explore our diverse range of training classes. While Volleybox staff is responsible to create and help facilitate practices, each team will be assigned a parent coach to run drills and ensure they have enough players for their matches.
Practices begin: May 7th (Gr 6-7) or 9th (Gr 8 - 12)
Grade 6 & 7 Teams
Tuesdays 5:00 - 7:00 PM
Grade 8 & 9 Teams
Thursdays 5:00 - 7:00 PM
Grade 10 - 12 Teams
Thursdays 7:00 - 9:00 PM
Team Evaluations
The group of selected athletes will all train together for one week before being drafted onto teams by the coaching staff.
League Play
All league matches will be schedule on Saturdays. Each weekend, teams will compete in one best of 3 match. Teams are welcome to use any remaining time to play inter squad matches.

Final Schedule will be released once teams and rankings are formed. Schedule and competition depends on number of teams in the league.
