Adult Train & Play - Winter 2025
Welcome to our Adult Train and Play Volleyball program! Designed for adults 21 and older, this program offers a supportive environment to enhance your skills while enjoying the game. Led by our experienced Volleybox coaches, each session begins with 45 minutes of focused skill development, ideal for beginners and intermediate players. Following the training, you’ll transition into 1 hour and 15 minutes of play, where you can put your new skills to use in a relaxed, enjoyable setting. Just like our youth programs, participants are grouped by age and experience to ensure everyone has a positive experience. Join us for a fun and energizing volleyball experience, with guidance and support every step of the way!
Train & Play Tuesdays: 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Round 1: January 7th - February 11th, 2025
Round 2: February 18th - April 8th, 2025
(No practice over Spring Break - March 18th & March 25th, 2025)
