At the Volleybox Sports Centre we pride ourselves in being more than just a volleyball facility. We provide fun and engaging volleyball experiences for athletes of all ages.
External rentals are not apart of the services that we regularly offer.
With that said if you are in an emergency, and your teams gym time has been canceled give us a call and we will try our very best to squeeze you in.
Classes, Camps & Clinics
Before Program Start: Refund available, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
After Program Start: Eligible for a credit (no refund) toward future programs, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Note: Because our staffing is determined by registration numbers, make-up sessions and refunds are not offered for individual missed classes once a program has begun.
Mini League, Minor League & Train & Play
Before Program Start: Refund available, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
After Program Start: No refunds or credits will be issued once the program has begun.
Prorating Policy
Volleybox Sports Centre does not offer prorated pricing for partial participation.
- Programs remain at full price until the halfway point of the season.
- After the halfway point, a 50% rate will apply for remaining sessions.
Note: Our programs are staffed and organized based on initial registration numbers. Due to the volume of participants, prorating on an individual basis is not feasible.
Program Closures (Public Health or Safety Emergencies)
If a program is suspended due to a public health directive or emergency (e.g., pandemic), participants will receive a pro-rated credit for remaining sessions. Credits can be applied to future Volleybox programs once activities are permitted to resume.
Cancellations Due to External Factors
If a session is canceled because of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., inclement weather, power outage, facility issues):
- Volleybox will make every effort to reschedule the missed session.
- If rescheduling is not possible, a pro-rated credit will be issued.
The Volleybox is a non-spectating facility. Parents, friends and family are not permitted in the facility during training hours. For special events like Parent Appreciation Nights we will notify families ahead of time when you are welcome to join your athlete!
