    Role Summary:

    As a Full-Time Lead Youth Volleyball Coach, you’ll play a key role in leading our youth programs, combining your coaching skills with a genuine enthusiasm for working with kids. Your ability to connect with young athletes and create a fun, engaging environment is just as important as your technical expertise. We seek a coach who is not only knowledgeable about volleyball but also driven by a passion for mentoring and inspiring athletes of all levels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead with Enthusiasm: Deliver dynamic and engaging volleyball programs that foster a love for the sport among athletes of varying skill levels.

    • Create a Positive Environment: Cultivate a supportive and encouraging atmosphere where every athlete feels included and motivated.

    • Mentor and Develop: Guide and support part-time coaches, setting a positive example and ensuring consistent program quality.

    Qualifications:

    • Adaptability: Comfortable making quick decisions and adjusting program elements on the go.

    • Relevant Certifications: Coaching certifications and a valid First Aid certification are required.
