This program focuses on the refinement of all volleyball skills and includes focussing on speed and decision making. The faster and more precise a volleyball player can become with their movement, the more successful they can be at playing the game of volleyball at its highest level.

*No sessions March 11-22, 2024 (Spring Break)

Important: Volleybox coaching staff reserve the right to remove an athlete whose skill level does not meet the standard which level 3 programs require. Level 3 athletes should be proficient in the following basic skills; serving, underhand pass, overhand pass and attacking. This means the ability to perform these basic skills correctly in a consistent manner.
