Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely! Our Level 1 All-Skills class is specifically designed for children just like yours. Intended for youth in grades 6 to 9, it's the perfect starting point for those with zero or limited volleyball experience. This class focuses on laying the foundation and improving upon basic skills, offering a supportive and enriching environment for beginners to flourish. We ensure every participant gets the attention and guidance needed to grow in confidence and ability. So yes, this class would be ideal for your child to start their volleyball journey!

  • In order to optimize the training environment for our young athletes, all of our programs are structured as drop-off and pick-up events. We have designed our training facility with the athletes' best interests in mind, focusing on creating an atmosphere that supports intense focus, team cohesion, and individual skill development. As such, our facility does not have designated spectator areas. We kindly ask parents and guardians to support this structure by dropping off their children at the beginning of the session and picking them up at the conclusion. This approach allows our coaches to create a more focused and effective training environment, helping each child to thrive and improve. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the best possible setting for growth and learning in volleyball.

  • We appreciate the unique backgrounds and skills your family brings. Our policy requires all athletes to start in Level 1 to ensure a solid volleyball foundation. However, our coaches actively assess each player's progress. Should they determine your child is better suited for Level 2 after the initial session, we will reach out to discuss a possible advancement. We prioritize every athlete's development, ensuring no one stays in Level 1 just for the sake of it. If advancing to Level 2 benefits your child's growth, we'll make that transition swiftly.

  • Ensuring your child is well-equipped is crucial for both their safety and optimum performance. Here's what they'll need:

Proper Footwear: It's vital to have indoor shoes that provide good grip to avoid potential slips and ensure agility on the court.

Volleyball Kneepads: These will offer protection during dives and falls, helping to prevent injuries.

Comfortable Attire: We recommend wearing shorts and a breathable t-shirt for maximum mobility and comfort.

Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is key. Please ensure your child brings a water bottle to every practice and game.

By ensuring your child has the right equipment, they'll be set for a positive and safe experience.
